Tim Howard, President and CTO

As the President and CTO of RMON Networks, Tim is responsible for guiding the company's overall business strategy with a vision of becoming the leading managed services provider of IT Support for small and medium size organizations. Tim also oversees the company's technology strategy to ensure resources are utilized in creative ways to help drive greater business value for clients.

"We focus on technology, so that you can focus on growing your business." This philosophy is at the core of RMON Networks. With more than 24 years of IT experience, 10 of which has been with RMON Networks, Tim has learned to put the customer at ease. By letting the customer focus on business and not worry about IT services, the customer become more productive and RMON Networks becomes a trusted partner.

Tim received his bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Technical Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Prior to founding RMON Networks, Tim worked as Director of IT for The Learning Company, Matrix One, and SnowShore Networks. Tim's certifications include: MCSE, MCSA, MCITP.

Denise Howard, Business Development Director

As the Business Development Director, Denise is responsible for assessing market opportunities, intelligence gathering on customers and competitors, lead generation, sales, marketing as well as development of best business practices. Denise brings over 20 years of experience in sales, customer service, event planning, time management and organization in various industries. Denise is a co-founder of RMON Networks.

Denise received a Bachelor's of Science in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from Bridgewater State College. She has also been employed by H&R Block, Kohl's Department Stores, Automated Data Systems, and Egghead Software Corporate Sales. Denise is an inductee at the National Mathematics Honor Society.

Kevin Lennon, Systems Engineer

As a Systems Engineer, Kevin provides help desk support and administration to RMON Networks clients. Having been in the automotive business for over 25 years, Kevin has transitioned to the IT business by certifying in Microsoft exams and gaining experience through the support and knowledge of his coworkers. With the goal of continuous education and providing the best customer service, Kevin is thriving in his new career. Kevin has also been certified as an MCSE.

Yroark Lindsay, System Engineer

Yroark Lindsay graduated from Exeter High School in 2007, and went on to attend Daniel Webster College in Nashua. Yroark studied Management Information Systems and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in December, 2010.

Michael Duffy, Systems Engineer

As a Systems Engineer, Michael is experienced in system administration, network and technical support, system design and project management. Michael is an enthusiastic leader who inspires informed decision-making and superior execution to yield positive results for our clients.
